Citing decades, and possibly centuries, of one-way protection, the Highlands break with Golryon and Dinlirys.
The Highlands declare the City-States no ally of theirs, and will refuse to come to their aide no matter the danger. This is due to the fact that the discovery of magic and the effect it had on furthering their society was kept entirely to themselves, ignoring their old allies.
