With their neighbors growing too large to ignore, and the main reasons for their isolationism having passed, Meneval rejoins the world in communication and trade.

Having rebuilt their city as a theocracy surrounding the Crystal Sibyl, end their isolationism. The Second Jeriec Empire immediately foster a trade of art, science, technology, and communications, as they have been trying to do for multiple centuries, but did not use force out of respect for their ancient allies who did not decide to join with their Empire.
