The elven descendants are split again, as many return to Erinion as demons take the Empire, and found Meneval, but the ruins of Erinion remain extremely dangerous. Meneval, the capital of the New Erinion is founded.
The few Elves that survived the Burning of Erinion return to the Isles to found Meneval, later becoming a new government. Others do not return.
