The people of Dinlirys, first motivated by the Rune Rebellion and the DC/IC, as well as the long-brewing hatred for the bourgoise mages, stage a resistance and rebellion that ends by treaty and not revolution.
After a year and a half, their demands are met and the People's Coalition is established, but it's power is a lie. Their demands were resources and changes, public schooling, FREEDOM OF CHARMS.
