The Luna Balcan of the Highlands mediates a peace treaty between Golryon and Dinlirys, making worshippers responsible for the acts of a deity they worship.

The Highlands step in to mediate the dispute, and Duke Acario Verentala and six representatives of the largest parties in Dinlirys sign an agreement in Luna Balcan that ends the war, and makes the worshippers responsible legally for all problems their deity causes as a consequence of their worship, such as spells, summons. Divine magic is still highly rare, but it is not unheard of for large convents of devoted worshippers to be praying fervently and a miracle to occur, such as the summoning that began Orion's War.
