The Second Jeriec Empire goes to war upon the disorganized settlements in Asteria, containing places of rogue arcanists overlooked by Golryon due to their use as a buffer state.

Slavers with rogue sorcerers have been operating out of a town in Asteria lucky enough to have an uneasy understanding with the Conservatory, even as they use their powers to enslave and put to production extra-dimensional beings. They do not have the skill or knowledge or coordination of true Arcanists, and it often goes wrong.   This hub, named Rhivneska, makes the mistake of capturing an enslaving a hero of Jeria, Kra'zuul the Purger on one of his solo mission into the Teeth of the Wyvern. The following investigation and rescue by a covert group of Seekers of the Jade Dawn lead them to discovering that Rhivneska is harboring demons, and some of the demons even have bought their way from slavery. This report simply gave the Empire a reason to begin a new campaign westward. Rhivneska is destroyed and the rogue sorcerers are made an example of.   This is not named a Campaign of Jeria, an obvious threat of future Campaign against the City-States...
