Those that left Golryon searching for more personal freedom, found a new city, let by Tobias Hao-Lin.
New settlement in Dinlirys becomes a major trade center for water, later trades most goods. The first leaders are chosen through a vote, as set down by Tobias Hao-Lin, who was given divine visions from the Angel of the Summerlands and led towards a unique form of democracy.
