Dinilrys joins the war

Dinlirys joins the war as decreed by the Duke Juliun Riviere von Hao, despite his peoples unwillingness and further division on which side to join. Disregarding the people in their veneer of a democracy over an magocratic oligarchy, they join Golryon.

Dinlirys joins the war in reaction, except on Golryon's side, lifting a terrible siege on Golryon by teleporting in supplies, and hundreds of agile warriors with Charms, magic items, and artifacts. They fight vertically down the walls in a shield wall and force back the invaders. However, the other three factions own the Bay, having long traditions of sailors while the City-States have little to none. The Bay of Evandyr is blockaded permenantly for the City-States.
