Warden General Gaius Vendicci

As the Warden-General of Golryon, Gaius has to be both immune to blackmail, and absolutely astute in his defense of the city from all threats extradimensional and political.
The words of the Wardens, "IN AETERNUM. AD INFINITUM", roughly translate to Gol to mean "for all time, in perpetuity", which crystallizes the concept of Golryon surpassing the olde Elven Empire of Erinion. Gaius has the solemn honor of defending Golryon from destruction from abroad... but he has no sway over the new arcane government of Golryon destroying it from within. What would the general do, when the government he serves moves to a magocratic dictatorship? He serves the city, not it's people.
And yet, a mortal duty remains.
