The High Elves (Menevali)

These are Elves that have returned to the Isles of Erinion and founded Meneval, the new capital of Erinion. They claim to have restored the old glory, but in truth they cannot possibly do so without arcane magic, of which they have little to none.
However, their devout and particularly complex Worship of the Themes has granted them a magical healing surpassing any in the known world. Their "dimension-worship" has allowed them to endure the psychological turmoils of living on The Isles of Erinion, after  .
