Kaligara, The Veil of Lies

The Kaligaran Rune is Deceit, it's Material Aszite and it's portent 'The Moon'. Like all of the Themes, it has a holy Rune, named the Guardian who protects, or the Theme's consciousness. Kaligara's holy Rune is Compulsion.
Erinion and the elves who worship the Themes, name Kanah as the consciousness of Kaligara, separate but connected to Kaligara itself. Reivanta and the men who follow the Guardian Faith name Koinos as the Guardian against Kaligara. Kanah and Koinos both refer to the same god under a different visage: The Lord of Unreality.
On the 14th of Feb, on the years that end in 2, The Kaligara is Convergent. Fog blankets the entire world giving -4 perception(if visual), Illusions persist for the day, can lose control of, mirages seen by all. Lies can be made into truths, or woven masterfully. On the 14th of Feb, on the years that end in 7, The Kaligara is Divergent. Lies and Illusions and Enchantments are slippery, and hard to maintain.
It is said that the Kaligara contains all the lies of the world, ready for their falsehoods to become truths.
