Syvis lived early the period of history known as the Silent Times, being one of the few elves to return to the Isles of Erinion to resettle and reclaim its lost glory. Yet, she still lives on, immortal, as an Arisen. By 190 AB she was 62, and by 898 AB she was 770.
Beloved by her people and among the most inquisitive and risk-tolerant Invokers, she actively encourages the search for old history and return of Erini knowledge to her people. This does not always put her in the good graces of the Sibyl or the other Arisen, who are much more reluctant to allow the old ruins to be tampered with. The danger cannot be denied.
It was Syvis La-Korri that led the initiative in Meneval to attend the First Arcane Congress, which brought about change in the Bay of Evandyr and an eventual peace from the War of Manifest Mythopeia.
