Two Rivers
Two Rivers is a newly founded city nestled near the joining of the Western and Northern rivers.
People:
The city's founders are relatively new arrivals to the land, a mix of races with large, human and dwarven populations.
Culture:
Two Rivers is a hardworking civilization, involving all populations in its growth and protection. Early in its history, the town would send youths as they reached the age of twelve to explore the land around them, while the adults focused on building the city.
Religions:
While the city once had a large population of roc-worshippers, most have since left the city or lost their faith. The dominant religions now are
Appearance:
After great storms ravaged the city early in its development, the settlers decided much of the city would be built underground in tunnels and grand caverns. The above-ground city is constructed almost entirely of stone from the mountains, including its walls guarding it from the many dangers of Sarnesse.
Languages:
The settlers brought with them their own language they call Common, though it is not the common tongue of Sarnesse. Over time, many have picked up the local languages of the cultures around them, including Elvish, Surish, and.
Cuisine:
The main food sources of the city are grains and vegetables from its farms across the river, as well as fish and a native fruit known as the coconana. The forests also host a great number of chestnut trees, used for building boats and roasting sweet treats.

The Adventurers Guild:
The hub of all exploration and defense of the city, the adventurers guild is responsible for the training and deployment of adventurers and soldiers. It is located above ground near the heart of the town.
The Cistern:
Below ground is a great manmade reservoir holding the city's water supply. Nearby the city also stores its surplus grains and other food resources, having faced many famines in its time.

The Keep:
The seat of government for Two Rivers, the Keep is a grand stone building located above ground. Upon its completion, a strong-willed leader named Merideth declared herself queen of the city. However, she later went missing, and the new form of government is a ass.
The Shrine of the Roc:
Once a symbol of hope and power in the city's infancy, this stone statue of the roc has fallen into disrepair as few remain to take care of it.
Eddington's Home for the Elderly:
This establishment houses and cares for the elderly of the city who can no longer take care of themselves. It is located by the school and library.
Dauggie's Tavern:
The premiere pub for the many above-ground workers, adventurers, and soldiers. The proprietor, a tabaxi named Dauggie, make the best meatballs in town.
House Ruins:
Remnants of old above ground housing. Left to remind people, don't build with wood above ground.
General Store: Wall Mart:
The only store in two rivers that sells a bit of everything.
Enchanter:
Blacksmith:
While not the only smith in town, is certainly one of the most renowned. Their wares may fetch a higher price, but any adventurer sleeps better with a blade by their side.
The Temple:
A nondenominational temple for worship of all Two River's deities.
The Two Rivers Public Library: Uptown Branch:
The only library in the town. It is ran by Dr. Phil, a Loxodon who has his PHD in Thri-Kreen Linguistics.
