The Night Shadows

A shadow in the night. A movement in the corner of your eye. A secret message, a mysterious death. These are the works of the night brothers. Secret servants of the ancient kings, the Knights of the night have served Saramoth's true heirs for hundreds of years. Since the fall of Man's great kings, their allegiance has been suspect, their motives unknown. Many of their number were recently banished from Saramoth, and the governments choose to blame them for mysterious events of their own doing, claiming now that the threat to humanity is ended.   But the brothers know the truth. They are a threat, and have just begun. Westerel and Toclomar may blame them for wrongdoing, though they have done no wrong. They are the guardians of the true kings, and will do their duty. In the far of wilderness and the city centers, the brothers still work. Today's kings may say they are gone, but truly, they have just retreated deeper into the shadows.

Other known sighting include the civil unrest of 490, the founding of Centerpoint, and most recently the last battle of the First Great War.
