Saramoth

Named due to the fact that my original idea was contained in my Sister’s math book…   A medieval land of ancient magic, with modern horrors and shaky foundations, the common folk forced to rely upon themselves. Those that cannot care for themselves rely on strangers for help, or die. And the current 'order' cannot stand for long.   Zombie-like Orcs raid from the eastern desert. Frost trolls rise from the southern forest. An old fortress is besieged, far from any aid. The 3rd great Hobbit immigration has begun. Borrowed glory is fading away. The noble houses of man have lost their splendor. The Dwarves rage at unfair treatment. A Forbidden isle hides a secret apocalypse.   But the tales of old are not all legend, not all magic is dead, heroes still exist and happy endings still endure.   Ancient Elves reclaim their honor. Proud Dwarves fight for their people. Man’s noble descendants live in secret. Goblin’s search for their true home. Hobbits find their courage. Uncharted wonders lie beyond the map’s edges.
