Hobbiton
The happy, healthy home of the humble, helpful hobbits. Often hailed as a utopia inside a chaotic world, Hobbiton is not all that it seems. The Halfling council controls the population and excluded all but exceptional non-Hobbits, and banishes those that disturb the status-quo.
