The Imperium Parvus

The Imperium Parvus are the governing bodies in Homnia that report to The Imperium. They are allowed to govern themselves as long as they provide taxes to the crown. Taxes can come in the form of gold, but also can be paid in the form of crops or raw materials.

The Imperium Parvus is controlled by the Alderman of the town.

The Alderman is always a human and is always escorted by 4 human guards.
