The Grand Inquisitor, Lord Dominus III

The Grand Inquisitor, Lord Dominus III [Human Male 99] Lord Dominus was a great ruler in his youth, but years of duty have left him old and frail. He will often make outlandish statements that are seemingly incoherent, ranting about the Great Revolution, the elves, the old gods and the new. Some theorize that Lord Dominus has actually become a prophet, and his rantings are actually prophecies that will be played out over the coming centuries.
Lord Dominus rarely leaves the keep in his old age, nearing his 100th birthday he prefers to be left to his food and drink, and only concerns himself with the public when required.
