General Summary

We started in media res on the deck of the flying ship we're renting.

Richard Merrill Fraser what was the name of the ship btw? We fought off some honest to god SPACE PIRATES and kept ourselves from crashing. The captain (Wigo) maybe stole something from them. Our other rogues availed themselves of some cursed treasure, which they later sold.
We then arrived at the southern desert/bay city of Per-Bastet, ruled by Meskhenit the lich queen and nafrini the high priestess of the cat god. Iarno (glass staff) was here but he fell for our ruse and was looking in the wrong place!  the city was populated by friendly undead, including vampire nobles and awakened zombie laborers. Amusingly, the gnolls and dwarves of the city also made use of slave labor, despite their superior unbreathing work force. Did I say amusing? I’m sorry, I meant /your days are numbered, slaver scum/. Someone in this city would stand to benefit if slaves stopped being a commodity the market demanded, just gotta find em and grease their wheels. It’s all a matter of push and pull. Just gotta line up the shot, make them think it was their idea...
Amontek, our friendly tabaxi guide, showed us around and then picked us up a a desert guide for our trek to the tomb of Nabiti. We set out the next morn hoping glass staff wouldn’t catch on too quick and follow us.
Our guide is a tortle Druid named Fran Klin.
Sitting on top of the tomb was a dwelling where a dragon in humanoid form and his slave lived. The dragon was mad we freed his slave and killed his pet bulettes and said “you have angered Baal hotep”. MIGHT be his name but my money's on him being an (ex)servant of some dark god with that name. The slave we freed turned out to have some supernatural abilities and hit Ark with a banshee scream after trying to flee into the desert. She may have been fiendish herself, but we let her go.
¯\_(ツ)_/¯ We opened the entrance to the tomb after killing the dragon and are doing some light stretches before we take the plunge.
There was some gold to pass around, but no magic items this time. Jeff Diaz was it you or Christopher Merrill who got gold totals?
