Vilivir Jan

Vilivir Jan, like his province of Vignea, is known for hospitality. He is a man of small build and constant movement. He never quite stands still, and Kor Danis once described him as a shadow made by a flickering flame. He is aware that his district is used to traffic more than just general stores and does his best to encourage the state's reputation. It is believed that he sometimes makes use of the lesser known roads of Vignea himself.
