Samaran Clorr

Samaran Clorr is the Councilor from Bantoon. He is a rich man, even for the Council. His province is prosperous and Samaran does not hesitate to prosper with it. His province sees perhaps more than its share of favoritism in its appointments, and Bantoon is one of the more class-conscious districts in Sangania. He is known for wearing seaglass, a precious yellow stone found along Bantoon's coastline, and while Sangania has more obvious gems and treasures to announce affluence, Samaran has taken a particular liking to this one, and whatever else he may wear or carry, he is never without some artifact of seaglass.
