Levels of Magical Ability

1. The magician can affect something the size of a mug of beer. There is no name for this level as it is fairly common. Generally, people will say that someone "has some talent" and leave it at that.
2. Worker. The magician can affect something the size of a bucket.
3. Senior Worker. The magician can affect something the size of a water trough.
4. Apprentice. The magician can affect something the size of a wagon. It is at this stage that the magic user must get training and be able to show proof of that training.
5. Journeyer. The magician can affect something the size of a small house.
6. Senior Journeyer. The magician can affect something the size of a large house.
7. Master. The magician can affect an unknown limit of materials.
These abilities are affected by distance and/or time.
