Imbanni Laso

Imbanni Laso is the Councilor from Arrika controls a land whose population is concentrated in two areas. There is a rim of cities along the coast, and a circle around the lake which bears the same name as the province. This circle includes the Sessa Forest. There are some roads between these two enclaves of population, and a couple of roads linking Arrika to its neighbors, but most of the province is sparsely populated. Imbanni himself is a straighforward man in Council. He is slight of build and is wed to Anders Sung, a quiet and protective man.
