The Shaping Guild
Within the Empire, and sometimes without, the Shaping Guild uses the talents of Fortification Tradition Wizards and Circle of the Land Druids to build, break, move and ultimately shape the natural world into the necessary conformation for supporting life. Roads, aqueducts, dams, all of these fall under the purview of the Shaping Guild and the most powerful among them raising cities within a few years.
Structure
The Novices within the Shapers guild are known as Road Lads since structural accuracy and architecture is best left to more qualified Guildsmen. Journeymen Shapers are simply called Shapers, known for constructing lower class housing and common areas for people to live in. Master Shapers are known as Worldbuilders, those that could raise a fortress on a hill one day and a bridge across a river another.
The Guildmaster's Circle is made up of these Master Shapers as it takes nearly an entire lifetime to become a Worldbuilder.
Public Agenda
The guild is a place where new Shaper's can be trained and work for them found, in or out of the empire. However, the amount of members in a guild is only as large as the East and West lodge could house (Between 40 and 50) in order to maintain their hold on the construction business
