The Interpreter

A remnant from the Second Age, the Tal-Kwenan mage known as The Interpreter is long dead but an amount of his conscience has been retained in a Remnant Crystal, allowing for his intentions to be passed on throughout the centuries to hopefully worthy successors.   In his life, the Interpreter was classically considered a Wizard and in his travels, he discovered a cave system that contained a marvelous discovery. A flowing milk white liquid waterfall that would glow with a bright iridescence. The Interpreter earned his name that day. Practiced in languages and empathic magics, he felt the semblance of life within it and the desire to help. The Mithril Pool showed that its contents could be hardened and melted at will, forming near impenetrable barriers that could endlessly preserve anything chosen to remain within. From that day on, heroes would entreat the Mithril Pool for help and the Interpreter would judge if the Pool thought them worthy enough to carry such power.   Those that would take the gifts of the Mithril Pool would encase their enemies and criminals, condemning them to an everlasting sentence within the Mithril Tombs.   However, the Flood came, and the system of caves turned the prison of White Garden into a forgotten memory. Until a lost member of the Rivermen Organization, a young blond man named Elias, stumbled onto the entrance. In response, The Interpreter Remnant asked the Mithril Pool to release a small amount of prisoners to repel the invaders, calculating that the ensuing battle would wipe both sides out.   This however, was a mistake. The released prisoners have not chosen to fight their way out, Grimlocks have tunneled their way in and the Interpreter is desparate for help.   The Remnant seeks to hide the existence of the White Garden from the wider world, so that he may not have to make that decision again. Thus all who know of the White Garden, must be sworn to secrecy or eliminated.
