Dwarf

Dwarves are the smallest of the True Giants - in fact they are normally smaller than humans, which makes some people confused as to why they are giants at all.  But they are true giants because they are part of the Ordnung, even if the lowest level of it, and like all true giants are tied to Law.
Dwarves are the makers of machines.
