Evelyn Skywren aka Sparrow

Evelyn was born for flight.
As a small child she would run around with her arms outstretched pretending to be in the sky. It was all she ever talked about, and became an obsession.
After multiple failed attempts to not fall of the roof of her home, Evelyn began to do research on the various flying machines. Her research even as a child gained the interest of MATTER, and she was recruited at the very young age of 11 years old. She worked as a member of the Young Saints before starting college at 17 years old. She was accepted into the Alice Ball School of Science Technology and Superheroes. It was there she earned her degree in design with a minor in cybernetics. Her thesis was the flightsuit.
Using the nanotechnology that the school was known for, Evelyn was able to create a mobile flightsuit, which would give her the one thing she had truly wanted. The ability to fly was hers, and she took off with it.
It is not uncommon to see Evelyn soaring above the city, as she continues to work with MATTER. It is also not uncommon to see her dancing at one of the clubs in Neon Alley.
Sparrow is a skilled messenger and scout in this metropolis, known for her ability to navigate the city with incredible speed and agility. With her cybernetically enhanced suit, she can leap from rooftop to rooftop.
Sparrow is always on the move. Her reputation for reliability and quickness has made her a sought-after messenger in the city. Today, she continues to work within MATTER, but with new hero groups coming in, she could be swayed to join another faction.
Sparrow's most noticeable feature is her metallic wings that span from her back to her legs, allowing her to glide through the air with grace. She often wears a sleek, aerodynamic outfit and communicates in a series of bird-like chirps, a habit she developed during her time working with a cybersurgical enhancement engineer.
Deep down, Sparrow yearns for a life free from the constant dangers and high-stakes missions. She dreams of leaving the metropolis behind and finding a quiet place where she can live a peaceful existence. However, she fears that her skills and reputation tie her to the city, making her unable to escape.
