King Kimbertos Skotti

The King of Keoland.
Following a string of military defeats in the north, King Skotti has turned his attention to the previously overlooked southern coast of his kingdom, including Saltmarsh. To deal with the unchecked piracy and banditry, he struck a deal with his former allies in the north, marshalled a navy, and dealt a sharp check to the ambition of the Sea Princes, though the conflict is far from over.
He has now turned his attention towards developing the economic power of Keoland and is looking to the southern coast for a catalyst. In addition to seeking to expand the port of Saltmarsh for trade, he has sent an enclave of dwarves to mine the local sea cliffs and extending hills.
