The Royal City of Gerand lies on the Whale’s Tail, an ancient and massive citadel, said to once have been the seat of an Emperor who’s rule spread across Sa’lira. Ancient ruins and keeps, temples and towns still litter the Masharik Desert. Paelwyr is a city of finery, and nobles, of spiced mead and golden silk.
The Martial City of Paelwyr is on the Whale’s Back, the middle city of the Mashirik League. Paelwyr is the home of champions, and fighters, those who put strength in their arms and their armor. The Holy City of Nastros is to the Northeast of Whales Back Bay. At it’s center is the High Temple of Nastros, an enormous Temple dedicated to worshiping the Gods of Old and New and those who only whisper in the dark. The High Temple boasts an ancient vault that stores artifacts of good and evil intent, and every spectrum in between. Some are locked away for eternity, others are sold to various merchants across the world, all determined by the Order of Knost.
