High Lord Lethio Kitrakur (a.k.a. Leth)
The highest of the High Lords of Karadoc. Lethio is a half blue dragon kobold Rogue Sorcerer, who leads his people kindly, and keeps them safe to the best of his ability.

General Physical Condition
Fit, agile, lean and mean. A slippery bastard.

He is covered in swirling shadowy scales that come from his time with Umbra. When he casts lighting spells or Ley spells, they crackle and roil with deep purple lightning.

Personal history
Lethio hatched alone in the desert with nothing around. He barely survived long enough for an orc tribe to pick him up as a pet. When they were all killed only three years later, he vanished into the swamps that lay in the center of the desert, living in a hole in the ground. At the age of fourteen, he set out on an adventure, finding his soon to be allies. Together they found their way to the capital of the country they would soon make. They were met with drow and a shadow dragoness. She was once a glorious gold but had become an evil shadow enveloped queen of the city. In their fight, his allies, Camus Dreadtide, Malgan Xander, and Nikabrik the necromancer, were driven away, and he was captured, subjected to the same energies she was. His shining blue scales turned black and shadowy, and his anger curdled and grew into something great. He called out to the gods from his shadowfell prison. One answered. An unknown god. He said in payment for his freedom and the power to slay Lady Umbra, the shadow dragoness, he would have to try to free the god from his imprisonment. He took this power. He took the mysterious power the god gave and with the help of his allies who had returned to save him, killed the evil dragon. They took the city and destroyed the massive dome of sand and ash, letting the sun flood the city and drive the drow out. That was how Karadoc was born. Years later he took a silver dragoness as his mate and had a child. Still, he rules, sitting upon his throne and leading his people into the future.
