Cultural Significance

Doktors are highly regarded across Ruslavia, particularly among the educated classes, with a reputation for being very intelligent. Many assume they also have good morals, however, others (particularly the poorer classes who struggle to afford the fees and the religious who mistrust the worldly qualified) will blame the Doktor if they are unable to help or save the patient.
