Rune of Directional Destruction

The rune has three phases.

• 1: it grows out like an X, which signifies the diameter of the blast, using 1 unit of red arcana per 1/8 meter.
• 2: It grows crosses (see picture) to signify the power of the blast, using 1 unit of red arcana per 1/32th of a meter.
• 3: When the being casting the rune severs contact with it, the rune begins spinning until all that is visible is a red glowing circle, then explodes.

The Rune applies force, not heat, so it is more like a very fast hydraulic press.
