Extra Details: Discovered when a cult of changeling witches had been swapping townsfolk newborns for changeling children. Seems to have a tie to Leana, claims she is her daughter and calls her the Princess of Misery. After initial confrontation has agreed to become neutral for now and withdraw support from the trolls to the south. Claims that you all will be helping her regardless of what you choose to do. She will need to be dealt with in one way or another, either make her an ally, or remove her.
Progress: After some Cease-fire Diplomacy, the Hag Queen is currently Neutral to the kingdom. Her continued interactions sway on both sides of that line, and currently seem to revolve around progressing her daughter's standing in the kingdom.
