Holiday
These edicts represent regular observances and nationwide celebrations taking place throughout the kingdom. The BP expenditure is paid per month and includes logistical preparations for holidays throughout the year in addition to funding the actual celebrations.
If the kingdom’s rulers reduce the amount of holidays they fund at any point during a calendar year, they take a -2 penalty to Loyalty for the remainder of the year for each step by which holiday funding is reduced.
