Pyra Cinderfall

Pyra is a fire genasi sorceress who heads the transmutation branch of the academy. Being the Master of Transmutation, she has a fascination with all kinds of change. From natural change, like caterpillars becoming butterflies, to chemical change, like alchemy. She even once attempted to remold herself. Since the elemental planes are connected, she hoped to be able to change which element she was aligned to. The experiment sort of worked. She accomplished her goal of being able to change her aligned element, but she has little to no control. It seems to be tied to her emotions, like eladrin and their seasons. When she's content or happy, she is her normal fiery self. When she gets angry, her skin hardens and she takes on the element of earth. Sadness brings water into her soul as well as her eyes. Finally, when she is contemplative or curious, her body fades slightly as air fills her soul. She is searching for a way to control these shifts, but has had no luck so far. She likes the challenge though.
