Exterior:
Compact but elegantly built, the wagon is crafted from dark, silvery ashwood with subtle carvings of moons, stars, and draconic scales woven into the trim. The sides shimmer faintly under moonlight. A crescent-shaped lantern hangs from the front corner, glowing softly with candlelight. Painted near the door in delicate, curling script: The Hidden Ledger – Rare Goods, Honest Coin.
Interior:
Surprisingly roomy thanks to a bit of spatial magic (which can be turned off or on with a signal that is hidden behind a picture that is lined with lead to keep it hidden). Inside, rich indigo curtains and silver-trimmed shelves line the walls. Glass cases display rare trinkets: crystals, herbs, enchanted pendants, maybe even one actual dragon scale labelled as “replica,” of course. A fold-down desk holds Lunarynthia's actual hidden ledger, where she tracks more than coins. Names, rumours, magical auras sensed, everything a dragon in hiding might need. There is cleverly concealed hoard space under the floorboards, protected by an enchantment keyed to her actual name.

To be a travelling home for Luna and a way to earn her money.

History
Luna found an old wagon before she had to hide. She used it as her material plane home in a grove hidden from humans. She had a layer in the Feywild and Ethereal Plane before the portals were forced closed, and she was forced into hiding.
