Ruvanke is not warm in a soft, maternal way; she is warm in the bright, exposing, and impossible to ignore way. She believes deeply in structure, integrity, and accountability. She does not tolerate cowardice, but she understands fear. She does not punish mistakes, but she does punish dishonesty.
Calm in crisis. She never panics and speaks slowly and deliberately. Holds herself to impossibly high standards and expects the same from her champions. Strategic thinker, usually seeing long-term consequences before others do.
