Town Hall
Where Main Street ends is the Roseland City Hall. It's a boring old brick building, but the front steps lead into a park area where the children shoot off fireworks in the summer, trick or treat in the fall, have snow ball fights in the winter, and have easter egg hunts in the spring.
Most of the older kids who hang out in the City Hall Park do it because it's easy to hide behind the angel statue in the center of the park and smoke or drink, easy to duck the Roseland City Police Department. It pisses off the grown ups to no end, but for those that want to look cool, making out behind Angela (the nickname for the angel statue) is a right of passage.
