Shy. Unpopular. Not particularly talented. Most would say that Tiffany Burroughs greatest asset is her kindness. It's a good thing she has that, because there's hardly anything else that can be said.
Her grades are average, she's no good at sports, and her circle of friends is really just her German Shepherd, Max, and once and a while Frank Reyes . Besides that, no one really talks to her that much.
Not that she really minds. At least, she tells herself she doesn't mind. She'd rather read children's fantasy novels behind the gym during lunch anyways.

Tiffany Burroughs has confusing thoughts. Thoughts that make her feel icky and want to crawl out of her own skin. But also... good?
In 2006 in a small town, being gay isn't something that most people talk about, let alone think of as something that they are. So Tiffany is trying desperately to find a way to navigate her feelings towards other girls when everything around her says that that's an impossible feeling.
