Downtown

Rundown and dilapidated, Downtown was once the bustling area of Roseland, where the night life and the speak easies and bars and pool halls were. But now it's nothing but boarded up stores and restaurants, chipped-brick apartments where the water always runs cold, and trashcans burn with an acrid smell far into the night.
There's really only a few homeless residents of Roseland (even if they're unable to afford a place to live there are enough abandoned buildings to squat in), but most of them spend their nights Downtown.
Main Street runs straight through Downtown, but for the purposes of delineating the different areas of Roseland, it is considered its own separate neighborhood.
