The Woman
The Woman has many sobriquets, but no proper name. That is because not even she knows what her name might be. Yet while she has no recollection of her youth, upbringing, or training, she often surprises even herself with her own toughness and resilience, and also with skills she did not know she had. She is intractable, what some would call stubborn, although she considers herself “firm and focused.” She never wavers from her word, and she always takes full responsibility for her premonitions. She has been wrong on a few occasions, though not many, and she is always careful to let people know that her foretellings and her advice are not perfect.
