Helkerna Mob Family
The Helkerna Family lead by Glajren Helkerna rumored to be a notorious noble from the late Odis Empire. He escaped with his family to Freeport roughly after the capital of Cloudbreach fell to revolutionary forces. With their wealth they built themselves an empire of crime within Scurvytown as Glajren Helkerna felt it was not the right time to go directly against Finn's Syndicate within the Eastern District and The Canting Crew within the Warehouse District.
They hold control over the entirety of Scurvytown, from arson, assault, bribery, counterfeiting, drug trafficking, extortion, fencing, fraud, illegal gambling, loan sharking, money laundering, murder, prostitution, racketeering, robbery, smuggling, and theft.
The Helkerna family mostly operates out of their manor that doubles as a casino located within Scurvytown called the Sweet Dreams Gambling House.
