Personal history

Otho Romanus Desparrois was born on 267.944.M41, the only male child of the Desparrois family, with four sisters. He would go through noble education and hidden from the public, as all Desparrois boys do. Otho would only be pushed into the public image when he was forty-five years old, when his father, Romanus Madak Desparrois was murdered by an assassin with unknown allegiances.

However, his father never listened to Otho's tutors, on the facts that he underscored on tests woefully, no matter what they did. Now that he is in power, the world, and sector itself, has been decaying all around. Having ascended to power in the tumultuous ending years of the Blood Wars, the sector needs someone now more than ever. 

The Lord Sector barely holds control of Thelmoth, narrowly avoiding those who wish death upon him. He must step up, or else his world will fall into anarchy.

Education

The Lord Sector was educated by the top teachers available, in the ways of management and public image. He had difficulties learning as a child and even now, but he is still leagues above the common hiver that live under him.

The Lord Sector is a weasly little man, not wishing to face his issues head on, and instead opting to run from or completely ignore them. A leader with no spine is never a good thing, especially when they oversee the entirety of a sector.
