Kitsu Medium School
Though it is the smallest of the shugenja schools among the Great Clans, the Kitsu Medium School remains well-known for its unique magics and abilities. The School maintains an esoteric focus on their ancestors, which requires unique training regimes as well as at least a trace of the original Kitsu bloodline. This connection allows them to perform magic that no one ese can. They are the living bridges between the Lion Clan's past and its present, acting as a voice for their ancestors in the present day. As traditionists, they use the ancestral names and methodology for prayers to honor those who first mastered them.

Strength of a Thousand Ancestors: Once per game session, you may summon the spirit of an ancestor to possess you until the end of the scene. While possessed, you count as an Otherworldly being and use the profile of the ancestor. This can be a non-specific NPC archetype or a PC profile created in advance. Your character does not remember any time they spend possessed.
