Seppun Meyori
Governor Meyori Seppun
A confident man who seems oddly out of place in the Rokugani political arena. Always cheerful and reassuring, Meyori takes people at face value, never expecting lies or betrayla. "The world is as it is," he once said. "What else can one do but marvel at it, and be thankful for it?" Meyori is inquisitive at court and eager to "catch up" with his staff. He is mindful of their ways, however, and remains at a careful distance, hoping they will eventually let him in on his own.
