Karo Takara Kasuga

The grandmother of Kasuga Toruden, she serves as the Karo for the governor of Slow Tide Harbour, and has for many year.
A tiny woman, consumed by her voluminous robes, she does her best to shield Kasuga Mugatsu from more formal visiting samurai, often delaying and frustrating them into departing without bothering her lord.  She has served him for twenty five years, and like him, is far past the age of retirement.
