SW Session 25: Arcane Rage.
General Summary
The Shadow Team wake from their first night in The Gardens. after an eventful first day. Bhul, Ted Burnstien and Leone Laponis head for the tower. Two teenagers emmerged from the tower holding hands and gave them peace of mind that nothing is particually trapped. Ted skry's on Brokk Stonefist and discovered him sat happily drinking tea and discussing his life with a female.
Upon entry to the tower they were greeted by Skully, an animated guarden skull of the teleportation circle that lay beneath but they were not interested in taking the circle just yet as Brokk, who had heard Bhul screaming up the tower, shouted for them to climb the ladders and join them.
The Maker was delighted to meet them all, she seemed to investagate every inch of their bodies whilst mindlessly answering the Shadow Team's questions. She explains her reasonings for Gardens and the teleportation circles and takes great pride in her work. The team ask if their travel companion Wurm could be brought in to the Gardens despite having never done a favour for the Maker. She accepts and is very glad she did as she had never seen a specimen such as Wurm before. She offered the team money for him, which they declined.
Privately she gave Bhul a chance to open some of his memories but so do so she would need Bhul to, in his own time, get some of Wurm's blood. Bhul agreed and went through a very painful procedure in which an Arcane Rage was unlocked within him, The Maker also explains that the voice he refers to as Selron is not just one voice but a multitude. The pain caused Bhul to enter his rage and he stormed over to Wurm to try and chop his arm off. Wurm was hit, wurm ran and the team turned on Bhul to try and stop him. Well some did, others drank, and the Maker just watched.
Somehow things began to cool, so they headed for the teleportation circle.
