Friti Svargson is a Human member of The Red Council. She is the father of the Duke of Kivehan. She is sympathetic to the Green Eyes cause and has often sponsered them on relic hunts. He however doesnt do anything that could harm Ranjasmer or its people. He has been a member of the council for around three years.
