Brother Tiberius was a member of the Blue Monks active during the Shadow War. He spent a lot of his time investigating The Assembly.
The shadow team met Tiberius when he answered their call for infomation about The Assembly. He visited their room in The Long Rest: Thorstal and they all exchanged info. However TIberious had to rush away as they had just informed him that Brother Moon was a husk.
