Blue Wizards
Blue Wizards were tasked by Titus The Blue to detect and hunt down anyone using eleven magic.
It was long since rumoured that the destruction of the old continent must have also happened to Roken due to all the ruins and the lack of an entire race. Titus theorised that the elves who had recently began to arrive in Roken at the time must be to blame. So to save their new land Titus gathered the continent's greatest wizards and gave them the task to destroy all things elven. These wizards formed the Blue Wizard organisation.
Over the years the organisation grew slowly, the application process more difficult and wizards feared. In the late 100's The Blues lost governence of of the Wizards and they became their own governence. They even created their own town of Cuberg. Their task is huge but they beleive in their goal above all.
